Sabrina’s Smoked Salmon Pasta

Time: Approx. 20 minutes
Servings: 4 people


Ingredients:

1 Medium red ontion, cut julienne
1 Large container of Sabrina’s Rosé Sauce
250g package Smoked salmon
1 tbsp Olive oil
500g Bow tie pasta
2 tbsp Capers

Directions:

  1. In a meduim saucepan, heat olive oil and fry the red onion for 2 mins. Add Smoked salmon and cook another minute. Add Rosé sauce to heat up.
  2. Boil Pasta according to directons on the package. Drain well.
  3. Add pasta to sauce pan and stir well.
  4. Garnish with capers.
